Return Eligibility

• The product was damaged during delivery

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Include original packaging where possible

Because our products are handmade, minor variations in color, design, or pattern are not considered defects and may not qualify for returns.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
